Are there Advance desktop recovery be related to registry editor

I have problem about picture above i try do about suggestion but problem come again when restart computer.I thing this problem are related with registry editor.I try a lot of registry editor software but registry editor software cannot resolve my problem.
Are there a whose pererson can help about this?
